Registered Paediatric physiotherapist, occupational therapist and speech-language pathologist wanted!
Kiddo Physio is looking for a part- or full-time, fully registered Pediatric physiotherapist, occupational therapist ad speech-language pathologist to join our amazing team. We provide in-home therapy services to children from birth to 21 years of age, within Durham region. We are looking for someone who is passionate, high-energy, fun and has a child-like imagination to go along with their stellar assessment/ treatment skills. Experience working with babies/ children, including both neuro-typical and/ or with special needs is a must. At Kiddo Physio we focus on the potential of our patients, while making therapy fun in addition to it being effective. Our goal is to treat each of our patients with the same level and quality of care that we would want and expect for our own family members.

The details:
This is an employee position.
This is a fee split compensation position, with percentage to be negotiated at hiring, based on education and experience within the field and related fields.
$2,500 signing bonus!

Supplies needed for assessment, treatment, charting and caseload management provided.
Some nights and weekends are required, but schedule allows for flexibility, as we believe work-life balance is important.
Our company is private-based and does not see MVA or WSIB cases.
Requirements:
Be registered and in good standing with the regulatory College for your field for Ontario.
Carry professional Liability Insurance.
Have a personal vehicle, with insurance and a valid driver's license
Have a valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector
Comprehensive knowledge of assessment tools and treatments for the pediatric population.
Be able to develop a treatment plan according to the patient's individualized needs in collaboration with the family and other professionals.
Believes in the importance of educating the patient and their family.
Commitment to quality care and service delivery.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
ADP certification is preferred but not required.
